2. Data we process

When you order we process your name, addresses, email address, phone number (optional), order details and payment status. Payment data is processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) and never reaches our servers.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to fulfil your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c)), for fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, with your consent, to send our newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Cookies and local storage

This shop does not use tracking cookies. Your cart, language choice and consent are stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to third parties.

5. Recipients

Data is shared with our shipping partners to deliver your parcel, with our payment provider to process payment and with our hosting provider in the EU. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Order data is retained for the statutory period of ten years for tax purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact requests are deleted after two years.

7. Your rights
