Terms & conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through the Door Locks Germany online shop operated by Door Locks Germany GmbH (sample company data, see imprint). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm shipment by email. We may decline orders in case of obvious pricing errors or unavailability.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over to you.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason; Door Locks Germany voluntarily extends this to 30 days for unused goods in their original packaging. Return shipping within the EU is free with our label.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, all devices carry a two-year manufacturer warranty. Please contact us before returning a defective product.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under product liability law. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

8. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
